The Nail Junkie - Spring Pastels

So many pastel-collections popped out lately as if there's some sort of universal law: first day of spring - show your pastels. I am not a big fan of pastels in general, and when there are oh-so many of them around - its making me even less excited. But when I saw the new additions to The Nail Junkie's Pastel Collection - I got excited!
The Nail Junkie Pastels Bluebonnet Gardenia Green Goddess

I have showed you before some of the shades in this collection from last year. But for this spring, The Nail Junkie added these three new shades that complete the collection into perfection: The white - Gardenia, the blue - Bluebonnet and the green - Green Goddess.
These are soft and pretty, they offer easy, creamy application, they dry in seconds to an elegant satin finish, they are well pigmented and opaque in two easy coats (yes, the white too) and I am totally in love.
In the pictures below you see two coats of both Green Goddess and Bluebonnet, with one coat of Butter England Matte Finish top coat. Actually the top is not needed, but I used it because it's easier to apply the other colors on.

I think these are the prettiest pastels I've seen this spring. Something in the satin finish makes them look mature and very elegant. As I said - i'm in love!

These new pastels as well as the "older" ones are already available  in The Nail Junkie's Etsy store! Also - make sure you visit The Nail Junkie's blog for her beautiful swatches and an awesome giveaway!

I love this clean mani. The colors are fresh and certainly do speak of Spring and this gives me visions of a day at the beach. I like the chevron design.

Your nails look loooooong in here! Is it an optical effect or is it for real? Anyhow: gorgeous polishes! It's nice to have non-streaky pearly pastels, and those colors are just so soft and delicate! That's for when they're on their own. Now:

YOUR MANICURE JUST BLEW MY MIND! Show some mercy now, Jin! All your manicures are uber gorgeous lately, my brains are having a gorgeousness overload, hahaha!
