Give Green A Chance - Day Four: Green Sapphire

Day four already! I feel so proud of myself... Welcome to day four of my personal little challenge - Give Green A Chance. If you joined me just now, I am taking this entire week before St. Patrick's Day to do only green based manis as I am trying to make peace with the color green and green nail polish. And today I have a very simple mani to show you, but by two greens that actually made me wow!
Ga-De Green Sapphire Picture Polish Kryptonite
I started this mani with Green Sapphire by Ga-De, an Israeli brand that just came out with some new collection of polish, of which I grabbed a few in my recent haul. Green Sapphire is a dark green satin polish with tiny gold and blue shimmer and a hint of green to blue duochrome. It is very pigmented and while the first coat was a bit streaky, the second coat leveled everything up and completed the opacity. Drying time was slightly longer then I am used to and I managed to ruin the polish on two nails that I had to re-do. Also, I managed to get some berry pink polish fro my right hand to stick to the green on the left. But over all it's a very beautiful polish and I really liked it. And said by me - you should know this means a lot!

In the picture below you can see the berry pink I got on my middle nail... Also - I am sorry for this horribly dry picture but it was the one I managed to snag in the direct sun and it shows the most I could capture from the blue shine of this polish.

I then added a diagonal line to my nails using Picture Polish Kryptonie that I received as a gift from my dearest friend Gosia
People I tell you - Kryptonite is a MUST to any stash. It is such a gorgeous green filled with beautiful flakies - simply to die for.

The final touch to this mani I made using my Mash Nail Design Pen in Gold and I ended it all with HK Girl Top Coat

So I'm done with half of my green manis. What will be next? ;-)
